Here is a bit of cross stitch I am totally absorbed in.
The pattern is from a cross sticher mag and Should take 55 hours to complete. I have kept a vague tally just to see.
Anyway, the finished article - not mine, pic from mag
Fabric and threads I'm using

Starting to take shape.
This is the latest pic. I have done approx 30 hours on this so far.

I have this put away to do at some point, bet it will take me a lot longer than 55 hours. |

Oh my gosh, how do your eyes cope with that fabric!!!!! Beautiful design and thread colours are gorgeous, can't wait to see it finished Helen.

Yes, Mum is heaps better now thanks. Her op was almost 12 months ago. Time has absolutely flown.

All finished. The backstitch drove me crazy but it does look smashing now it is finished - even if I say so myself.
