I've been busy packing boxes Helen; filling up all the little chips in the walls and propogating plants for the new place...
The brussel sprout plants are huge and look very healthy but no sprouts on them yet... Bunny loves the leaves which are the size of tea plates... Have been feeding the plants worm juice...
The broad beans are doing fine and have been putting dry porriage oats over the top of them to stop the slugs eating them and it seems to be working...
I lost the whole of the last crop to the greedy slimy things...
Hugs, Shona...x

Hi Shona, long time no speak.
I have lots of lovely red sprouts on my brussels but the b beans are a distant memory now. We have still got a greenhouse full of bell peppers, courgettes and aubergines but they have stopped growing now - autumn is here and we have had the first hard frost of the winter.
Any news on a date for the move?
Our builders have finished and I really must pop some photo's on for you to see.
We are off to Spain for half term so if I'm not around that is where I am.
How is Cosmo? new pics please.
Lovely to see a new post on the forum,
H x

Oh!...love peppers... I've kept all the seeds from my peppers and will get some seedlings growing soon...
Have rented two storage units close to the farm and we are having a trailer built for a tractor but will use it to move our boxes, furniture etc soon... The planning permit is with the council and everything seems to be happening but it all takes time...
Looking forward to seeing pics of your conservatory... I think they're a gorgeous...
Cosmo is asleep and snoring at the front door at the moment... He is very spoiled and pushes his luck most of the time... Hmmm just like my son when he was a teenager but without the snoring...
I've just added Tina Cox to my friends list on Facebook... I'd heard the name before but had never seen her gorgeous work until yesterday...
Hugs, Shona...x

Hi girls,
We headed down to the farm today with some of our belongings to pack away in a storage facility... We had a new trailer made for our move to the farm and wanted to give it a test run... All was going well until we heard some strange noises coming from the trailer.... The wheels were over heating on one side of the trailer so spent the next couple of hours have it looked at and fixed...
It's been a long day and we are just glad today is over... Cosmo has put himself to bed and all is quiet in our van... Not looking forward to tomorrow as we have to unpack the trailer...
Hope you are all having a lovely time crafting...
